Customization Process
We provide professional motherboard and product model customization services tailored to client requirements. After customers submit design demands, our in-house R&D team conducts comprehensive feasibility evaluation and confirms the development cycle. Driven by rigorous craftsmanship, our engineers offer professional optimization suggestions based on rich industry experience, collect customer feedback iteratively, and finalize mature solutions to deliver products that perfectly fit both customer demands and market standards.
Motherboard R&D
We customize motherboard designs according to customer-defined configurations, including CPU, DDR memory, flash storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB 2.0/3.0, Type-C, SD card, coaxial fiber and other functional interfaces. Our team completes schematic (SCH) design, formulates accurate BOM lists, and provides cost quotations and material procurement solutions accordingly. After schematic confirmation, we import network and structural DXF files for PCB layout design, and finally export Gerber files for formal PCB manufacturing.
Product Model R&D
Based on customer ID appearance requirements, as well as PCB interface positions, interface packaging, installation methods and heat dissipation schemes, we complete 3D mold modeling and structural design. After design confirmation, we export STP files for CNC prototype production and DXF structural files for subsequent PCB design. The new product model is finalized after PCBA sample testing, CNC prototype assembly and full functional verification.
